Fingerprinting
Porter's Adult Care Inc. provide fingerprinting in compliance with level 2 background screening. The agency is an approved provider for AHCA, FDLE, Florida Medicaid Providers, Department of Health, Department of Children and Families, Duval County School Board, Department of Law Enforcement, Department of Elders Affairs and the Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
Porter's Adult Care Inc. provide Livescan Fingerprinting mobile services. Technicians will come to your location. We make it convenient and easy for you.
Hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm.
The agency provides services on the weekends advanced scheduled appointments only.
Organizations that may require a Level Background Screening are:
Government Healthcare, Legal, Police, Accounting, Banking, Education, Real Estate and Security.
Applicants will need to request an ORI number assigned by the State of Florida from their requestion agency.
